FRAMEWORKS AND COMPONENTS

Coleman mini bike are designed for adventuring on trails and beyond with durable steel frames, 3.5-5.5 inches of plush suspension travel, and hydraulic disc brakes offering excellent stopping power. The drivetrain uses an automatic clutch for easy twist-and-go operation. Together these components enable confident exploration on and off the beaten path.

FRAME CONSTRUCTION

Coleman mini bike utilize rugged steel perimeter tube frames engineered for strength, handling and high speed stability. Compact dimensions with 25-31 inch seat heights allow maneuvering tight trails. Durable welded construction and protective features like bumpers withstand off-road use. The frames are designed for precise control across various terrain.

BRAKING COMPONENTS

Coleman mini bike are equipped with hydraulic disc or drum brakes offering strong, modulated stopping power. Short pull brake levers reduce fatigue for easy braking input. Front and rear systems provide balanced braking. Discs offer excellent performance but drums work well too. Quality brakes are essential for control when riding.

DRIVETRAIN

Most Coleman mini bike use an automatic centrifugal clutch and chain drive. The clutch automatically engages the rear wheel based on throttle input, simplifying operation. Some models have CVT automatic shifting without gears. Durable #420 chains withstand extreme loads transmitting engine power. The drivetrain components work together smoothly for carefree riding.

SUSPENSION

Coleman mini bike use an inverted front telescopic fork with 3.5-5.5 inches of travel to smooth bumps and enhance control.
